Polenta con funghi – seasonal mushrooms cooked with garlic, capers and oregano with polenta, Parmigiano Reggiano and Correggiola olive oil

Bufala di mozzarella – That’s Amore buffalo mozzarella with broad bean sott'olio, Prosciutto di Parma and lemon

PRIMI

Ravioli fatti a mano – handmade ravioli filled with butternut, leek, truffle and ricotta with burnt butter and sage

Pappardelle con ragù di vitello – veal shin ragù slow-cooked with pancetta, carrot, porcini mushrooms, garlic, chardonnay, sugo, and Parmigiano Reggiano

SECONDI

Pesce al forno – oven-baked Spring Creek barramundi with braised spinach, capers, cherry tomatoes, olive salsa  

Arrosto di maiale – slow-cooked rolled pork belly with chickpea inzimino and salsa verde

Capretto brasato – kid goat slow-cooked with lemon peel, carrot, garlic, onion and Soave with cavolo nero and salsa verde

Insalata di finocchio – fennel, radicchio, orange, lemon, olive oil, rocket and Parmigiano

Patata arrostita – roast potatoes with red peppers, rosemary, garlic, bay leaf and olive oil

Tiramisu della Nonna – traditional, decadent and creamy flavours of chocolate and coffee mixed with a cocktail of sweet liquors, layered with cream and ladyfingers

Torta al cioccolato – flourless chocolate cake made with 70% cocoa chocolate, the texture of chocolate mousse, served with crème fraîche
