Bufala di mozzarella – That’s Amore buffalo mozzarella with broad bean sott'olio, Prosciutto di Parma and lemon

Ravioli fatti a mano – handmade ravioli filled with butternut, leek, truffle and ricotta with burnt butter and sage
Pappardelle con ragù di vitello – veal shin ragù slow-cooked with pancetta, carrot, porcini mushrooms, garlic, chardonnay, sugo, and Parmigiano Reggiano

Pesce al forno – oven-baked Spring Creek barramundi with braised spinach, capers, cherry tomatoes, olive salsa
Arrosto di maiale – slow-cooked rolled pork belly with chickpea inzimino and salsa verde
