Wines will be curated and presented by Peter Caldwell, Dalrymple Vineyards Winemaker,
Truffles will be presented by Nigel Wood, founder and truffle grower and judge of Truffle Melbourne,
Paired with a 6-course menu by Little Black Pig & Sons.
