Kaspar Hermann started his career at Seville Estate in the Yarra Valley in 2004.
In 2005 he traveled to Southern Italy and worked at Viticoltori De Conciliis in Campania.
Returning to Australia, Kaspar worked at Coldstream Hills and Punch (formerly Diamond Valley) as the assistant winemaker, where he stayed until his move to Mount Mary in 2011.
During these years Kaspar honed his craft on some of the country’s most exalted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines while completing a Bachelor of Wine Science at Charles Sturt University, before starting his career at Rochford Wines.
Family-owned Rochford Wines of Yarra Valley produce handcrafted wines using fruit sourced from four exceptional vineyards.
Their viticultural practices are based on maintaining balance in the vineyards, sustainability, and responsiveness to changing environmental conditions.
Rochford Wines’ winemaking philosophy is to produce the best fruit possible in the vineyard, handle the fruit gently to preserve fruit character, minimise extraction and allow the wines to express the individuality of the vineyard and each growing season.
Red Coral Seafood, est. 1982, is a family owned business supplying some the finest establishments in Melbourne. Our approach has been simple. Supply our customers with the freshest seafood possible and with a sense of integrity that will form a long lasting relationship.
Over 30 years later we think our philosophy has stood up pretty well.
