Little Black Pig at North Eltham Wanderers Cricket Club

 

Chef David closed the restaurant on Sunday 9th February to support his local sporting club, the North Eltham Wanderers Cricket Club.

Opening bowler and Little Black Pig & Sons chef and co-owner, David Lakhi, cooked up a boundary in the cricket club kitchen. Along with a couple of NEWCC loyalists, he served Little Black Pig’s signature slow-cooked rolled pork belly, Tasmanian oysters, sausages and salads.

This catered lunch was completed with some rousing words by Essendon AFL Captain, Zach Merrett, followed by LBP&S sticky date pudding and ice-cream.
